What is your standard turnaround time for orders?
Our standard production time is typically 5 to 7 business days plus shipping. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us for expedited processing options.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom printing?
We offer a wide range of products with no minimum requirements for digital printing. However, screen-printed orders typically require a minimum of 12 pieces per design.
Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes, our professional art department provides a digital proof for every order. We will not begin production until you have reviewed and approved the final design layout.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?
We stand by our quality. If your order contains defects in the garment or the printing quality differs significantly from your approved proof, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
Which file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
We prefer high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We also accept high-quality .PNG or .JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI to ensure the best print results.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large organizations?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing structures for large volume orders, schools, and non-profit organizations. The more items you order, the lower the price per garment.
